Returns Accepted:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if there is an issue with the product or if you have received the wrong items.

Order Cancellation:
Orders that are placed and subsequently canceled before shipping will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Address Errors:
Parcel and shipping labels are generated based on the information provided during checkout. It's crucial to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If an address error is identified after your order has left our facility, unfortunately, we can't intervene. In cases where a parcel is returned to us, we are charged for the return postage and the reshipment charge, both of which will be billed to your account. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued for the item(s) minus the actual postage and return postage costs.
